If you forget your password there are two ways to reset it.

1. Go to https://spot.uea.ac.uk/GUI/common/login.faces and follow the instructions carefully for resetting your password. You can access this using your old password. It will ask for the last password you had, and the new password must contain a combination of upper/lower case letters, numbers and at least non-alphanumeric character (e.g. a ? or %)
2. If this fails (or you have forgotten your old password), then call the IT help Desk on (01603 592345) and they will be able to reset it for you. It will help speed up the process if you give them your username.
